Initial situation and use case
We are a successful German IT and logistics company with more than 500 employees. For our Sales and Communications departments, we need an online tool that can be used to arrange or book appointments both internally and externally. We require features such as integrations of forms on our websites and via link (e.g., email signature), controllability in minute blocks, and simple administration.
The tool communicates via API via Exchange Light or Exchange on premise and is GDPR-compliant. Calendly would be a suitable partner. However, due to our self-imposed strict GDPR policies and for support reasons, we would like a partner from the EU.
We would like to start working with the new partner for our online appointment tool immediately or at very short notice!
