Agency for CSR and Sustainability Management for Logistics Providers

We are a mid-sized logistics company that wants to tackle the topic of sustainability and CSR with high priority over the coming months. On the one hand, we need to prepare for upcoming obligations (incl. EU reporting requirements); on the other hand, we want to communicate our sustainability efforts proactively, as we already actively support local initiatives and see this as a clear competitive advantage.

However, we are still right at the beginning. Our goal is to transition our entire company to green operations—and for that we need you: Are you an agency specialized in consulting and/or communications around sustainability management and sustainability strategy? Do you know the specific challenges in the logistics industry? Do you know how we can develop a sustainable strategy and how we can communicate it to our employees? Then we’ll welcome you with open arms!

In the first step, it will be about developing a sustainability strategy with us. What does the status quo look like, and where do we want and need to go? In the second step, our processes should be optimized. For this, we will certainly need employee training and the implementation of CSR software, which we are already matching elsewhere with Matchilla!
