Looking for an appointment booking tool for video consultations

We are a trading company in the energy sector. To date, our sales consultations have taken place exclusively by phone or on site. Scheduling appointments is done via email, which is far too time-consuming and inefficient.

That’s why we want to offer interested parties the option to book appointments directly on the website with sales or sales support. To do so, we are looking for a suitable appointment booking tool.

Our website visitors should be able to book an available time slot as a fixed appointment, with the scheduler available for selection. The appointments are video meetings. This makes the consultation, firstly, more personal than a phone consultation and, secondly, saves interested parties time by eliminating on-site appointments.

For our sales team, this creates another channel (online, video) alongside phone and in-person consultations to get in touch with interested parties. Here, too, saving time is an important factor, as there is no need for email back-and-forth to schedule a call; instead, available appointments are released and booked directly and then automatically saved in the employee’s and the user’s calendars.
