The first step is as easy as it could be: Register as a provider and then complete your created profile on the platform with the most important information about your company. You have already laid the foundation for information for participating in the matchings on Matchilla.
Registration, your provider profile and inclusion in the matching process are always non-binding and free of charge. This does not create a publicly accessible company profile. All information is voluntary.

Before we include you in an initial matching and unlock you for all functions of the platform, we check whether your services are relevant for our customers. If so (which we assume!), our matching team will get in touch with you. You go through our first quality check, during which we ask for further details about your skills and areas of focus. For our different matching categories, there are industry-specific things we need to know. Are you a leader in certain areas or industries, have a real USP and thereby differentiate yourself from all other providers: This is exactly when you have to tell us. In addition to this information, we obtain an external opinion from one of your reference customers in at least one personal conversation.
We aggregate the collected data in your profile and thus have a very good data basis for match requests that match your services. The time investment for you in the entire onboarding process will not exceed 30 minutes and is completely non-binding.
Please note: For incoming provider registrations, the quality check does not take place immediately, but only when we are about to do an initial matching with you..
If you receive an initial invitation to a matching via Matchilla and you confirm your participation on the platform (we have no obligations for you), you and the Matchilla team will fill the first matchboard with your already stored profile details and individual information matching the match request. We will discuss your presentation together and how you present yourself to the customer. We also finally clarify the conditions if you win a new customer through Matchilla, as well as all other subsequent processes.
You can use it at the latest after the first successful match with a customer the Matchilla platform independently and accesses the many features with which you can efficiently answer and manage match requests.
